School Portrait Day FAQ’s

What is your policy REGARDING COVID-19 AND THE CDC guidelines?

Safety is our PRIORITY. we will be wearing masks and following social distancing throughout the session. We WILL also be wiping down OUR surfaces BETWEEN each session. We prefer all clients who enter the studio wear a mask as well, and before the image is taken, we will have the student remove their mask. IF YOU PREFER, YOU MAY HAVE YOUR STUDENT WEAR THEIR MASK IN the portrait; it is ENTIRELY up to you.

if you or your student have any covid symptoms or feel sick the day of your reservation, please stay home and we WILL BE happy to figure out a solution at a later date, ONCE EVERYONE IS healthy.

If I have Multiple STUDENTS, do I need to make SEPARATE reservations?

yes, each student needs to have their own Reservation. If YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE Reservation, WE SUGGEST MAKING THEM BACK-TO-BACK, ALLOWING YOU TO MAKE THE BEST USE OF YOUR TIME. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF EXTRA PEOPLE YOU BRING TO THE STUDIO. WE UNDERSTAND YOU MAY NOT HAVE OPTIONS, BUT PLEASE DO EXPLORE ALL OF YOUR OPTIONS BEFORE BRINGING THE WHOLE FAMILY; FOR YOUR HEALTH AND FOR OURS.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, OR ARE YOU ALSO TAKING WALK-INS?

YES, RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THESE SCHOOL PORTRAIT SESSIONS. TO HELP ENSURE YOU, YOUR STUDENT’S AND THE STUDIO’S health and SAFETY, WE’RE BEING CAREFUL WITH SCHEDULING SESSIONS TO MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INSIDE OUR STUDIO AT THE SAME TIME. You may begin the reservation process here.

HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE FOR MY reservation?

WE’RE ASKING EVERYONE TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR Reservation TIME AND TO PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR. ONCE WE’VE CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE STUDIO SPACE FROM THE PREVIOUS SESSION, WE’LL COME OUTSIDE TO ESCORT YOU INTO THE STUDIO. IF YOU’RE LATE FOR YOUR Reservation, WE WON’T BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU - SO IT’S IMPERATIVE THAT YOU arrive ON TIME.

Where are you located?

Our studio is conveniently located off THE US-60 and Stapley Drive. We are in the same complex as Stratum Laser Tag BUT ON THE NORTH SIDE NEXT TO THE PEDIATRIC URGENT CARE. OUR address is 1455 S. Stapley Drive, SUITE 2, Mesa, AZ 85204

How long is the reservation and when will I RECEIVE my digital file?

each Reservation is scheduled for 15 minutes. This allows enough time for everyone to feel comfortable and not rushed during their session, while also allowing us to clean the studio area between sessions. We will email the digital file beween three and five business days after the session to the email provided when you registered for the session.

How many images will you take, and how many will i RECEIVE?

we will take 2 images in 2 different poses, and you will choose your image(s) as the end of the session. If you’re so happy with them and you want both images, they are $25 for each.

ARE THESE SCHOOL PORTRAITS FOR ANY GRADE?

THIS IS FOR ALL SCHOOL AGED STUDENTS (K-12) and IS FOR ANY STUDENT; WHETHER THEY’RE HOME SCHOOLED, REMOTE STUDYING, OR IF YOU JUST DON’T LIKE THE ‘STANDARD’ SCHOOL PHOTO.

what if I want Printed Products?

we are only offering digital files at this time. we are happy to offer suggestions on how to get your image(s) printed, OR YOU MAY CONTACT US A FEW DAYS AFTER THE SESSION TO DISCUSS ADDITIONAL, PRINTED PRODUCT options.

Do you take cash, check or credit card?

PAYMENT FOR THE SESSION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR (REQUIRED) RESERVATION. YOU MAY MAKE YOUR RESERVATION HERE: SCHOOL PORTRAIT RESERVATIONS. our online payment processor only allows credit card or debit card payment.

Will you pose and get a genuine expression from my child?

yes, we are familiar with the struggles of school photos and how important it is to get a genuine expression from your student. We will work with your student to get the best possible expression for you.

DOES THE SESSION FEE INCLUDE TAX, OR IS THAT EXTRA?

tax is included in the price. This will be reflected on your invoice AS YOU COMPLETE THE BOOKING for YOUR reservation.
