Working with Studio 3 Images

From start to finish, we help guide our clients through the entire process.  This process begins before the session.  Prior to your session, we’ll work with you to design the look, style and feel of your portrait - the end goal.  This includes choosing clothing, color palette and location - all with the goal of creating that piece of art for your home.  During the session, we’ll put our years of experience to use in creating a fun, natural and relaxed environment for you to enjoy. 

The subsequent View & Order Session is where you’ll get to see the images for the first time and select the products to display in your home.  The biggest wow for clients often comes when they get to see the final product hanging in their home.  Studio 3 Images wants you to enjoy the experience, and this is why we help guide you through the process to fulfill that dream of displaying something beautiful in your home.

Our Signature Style of Photography

You should feel an emotional connection when you view your portrait.  In this sense, there is no a right or wrong style of photography.  We also set you at ease during the session.  Feeling comfortable and at ease, knowing we’re taking care of you, is the first key ingredient in creating our signature style portraits.  Our photographic style is often described as more of a classic cinematic style, which allows the story of the images to convey mood and emotion, yet hold true to the traditional values of photography and portraiture.  We do not want your images to look trendy and dated.  We believe this timeless style of lighting, along with our creative process, helps create that emotional connection and gives your images that “wow” factor our clients have come to love and expect.

Although our signature style is identifiable, we continue to evolve and grow our artistry to craft beautiful images for our clients.

Plan for the end goal in mind

At Studio 3 Images, the entire experience is built around your end goal.  For those wanting to display a beautifully framed portrait in their home, you need to identify the wall space for this portrait.  We have software we can use to show exactly how the portrait will look hanging on your wall - all we need is a cell phone photo of the space where you want to hang it.  This is just one of the things we do to work with you in designing a solution to help ensure your complete satisfaction with your experience.  For example, will a vertical or horizontal images fit the space better?  What size will perfectly fit this space?  Knowing all of these answers before we take the first photograph helps us plan for the end goal and craft the perfect image during the session.

Session Types

Our sessions are typically broken down into two varieties: in-studio or on-location.  Sessions are scheduled in one hour blocks; usually ranging from 1 to 3 hours (for both in-studio or on-location).  There are a couple of factors that help guide how long your session should be, including: number of family members, outfit changes or number of groupings we’ll be photographing.

For on-location sessions, we have a number of locations we are able to suggest, depending on the look and style you’re looking for.  Or, if there’s someplace special to you, we are open to new locations as well, typically within 30 minutes of our studio.

As part of our dedication to our clients, we will help guide you to the location that best fits your style.  Whether this is in our studio, a local park setting with trees and water, a desert backdrop, or a textured urban feel, we have solutions for everyone.

Investment

We offer a variety of products that will allow you to proudly preserve and display your images for years to come.  Studio 3 Images partners with professional labs to produce high quality products. Whether it’s a classic wall portrait, or a cherished wedding album, your products will last for many years to come, allowing you to relive these precious moments each time you view them.

Our 8x10 Gift Prints start at $60, and our Wall Art begins at $350.  Depending on your needs, you are free to invest as much or as little as you choose.  Clients have spent from a few hundred dollars to many thousands of dollars during their View & Order Session.  You are in complete control of how much to spend.

While there is no minimum order, many clients appreciate how a beautiful family portrait, displayed in their home, truly captures the essence of each individual’s personality within the family, and so choose to invest in more than just an 8x10 Gift Print.

Digital Files

As social media is an important part of life these day, we understand the desire to share your images online.  To accommodate this, we supply a low resolution digital file you may use to share on social media to share with friends and distant family of each printed product that is purchased.  These files are perfect for sharing on social media, but they are not intended for printing.

We believe in a quality professional print, which is why you hire a professional to take care of your printing needs.  We want to be the ones to craft that for you.
